Refund & Cancellation Policy – Lacasa Kuwait

At Lacasa Kuwait, we are committed to providing high-quality household products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and return policy below.

Cancellations

1) Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order (or specific items within your order) has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Helpdesk via: +965 9097 7132.

  • The full amount paid will be refunded.
  • Refunds for unshipped orders will be processed within 7 days from the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

2) Cancellation or Return After Delivery

If you wish to cancel or return a product after it has been delivered, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Delivery charges will apply based on your delivery area.
  • Reverse pickup shipping charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Any discount vouchers or coupons used in the order will be considered utilized and will not be reinstated if the order is canceled or returned.

Returns Policy

We strive to ensure that all Lacasa Kuwait household products meet our quality standards. However, in rare cases, a defect may occur. If you receive a defective product, we will work promptly to arrange a replacement.

Valid Return Conditions for Defects

  • The product is defective.
  • The packaging is not sealed or appears tampered with at the time of delivery.

Defect Noticed at Delivery

If the product is not in proper condition or the packaging appears damaged before accepting delivery, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately via:

We will arrange pickup of the defective item. After inspection, a replacement of similar or equivalent value/type will be sent as soon as possible.

Examples of defects include loose stitching, holes, tears, missing or broken parts, manufacturing faults, or functionality issues.

Defect Noticed After Accepting Delivery

If a defect is discovered after delivery has been accepted:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Please include clear photos of the issue and your receipt to help us process your request efficiently.
